Vere Reynolds-Hale

Vere Reynolds-Hale joined Stockbridge as Managing Director, Private Wealth. Where he is responsible for the business development and strategic vision of the Private Wealth channel. A 25-plus year veteran in financial services, Vere has extensive experience in sales distribution, wealth management, product development and building relationships. Prior to joining Stockbridge Vere was Head of National Accounts, US Independent Channel at Apollo Global Management. He oversaw the strategic development and management of relationships with partner firms across Apollo’s distribution channels. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President, Selling Group Management at Griffin Capital Securities, responsible for national accounts, marketing and corporate events. He previously held positions such as National Sales Manager at First Allied and its Legend Group affiliate, Executive Vice President of Product Marketing and Development at Summit Brokerage Services, and Vice President of Sponsor Relations at LPL Financial Services. Vere has also held senior management roles at National Planning Holdings, Transamerica and Hartford Life.
Vere earned a Master’s in Executive Leadership (MSEL) from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor’s in Management from Pepperdine University. He holds Finra Series 6 and 7 licenses.

Paul Kolevsohn

Paul Kolevsohn joined Stockbridge in 2025 as Managing Director, Investment Research and Strategy. He leads the firm’s integrated research and strategy platform, collaborating across investment, portfolio management, and client service teams to shape house views, analyze market trends, and develop strategies that support both investment execution and client engagement.
Paul brings over two decades of experience in real estate investment and portfolio strategy. Prior to joining Stockbridge, he was a Partner and Head of North American Real Estate at Mercer Alternatives. Most recently, Paul served as Senior U.S. Investment Director and Partner, overseeing approximately $50 billion in advisory and discretionary real estate portfolios and leading strategic partnerships across institutional and private wealth clients. He also served as a voting member of Mercer’s Real Assets Investment Committee.
He holds a BBA from the University of Georgia and an MBA in Real Estate Finance from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.

Tim Ruberti
Managing Director of Mortgage and Consumer Strategies,
Napier Park, a First Eagle Investments Company
Tim Ruberti is a Managing Director on the Mortgage and Consumer Strategies team of Napier Park, a First Eagle Investments company. He primarily focuses on expanding the team’s private debt exposure by working closely with existing originators, while developing new channels within the residential, commercial and consumer loan markets. Over 10 loan origination partners have been onboarded to date across various loan strategies. He also manages legal and financing relationships for the team, and the extensive documentation process that governs our various strategies. Additionally, Tim works closely with the Napier Park sales and marketing teams on calls and meetings in order to cultivate institutional investor relationships, provide portfolio investment updates and hone strategy and messaging. Tim joined Napier Park in May 2013, after covering the ABS and MBS Strategies team for a decade, first as a Vice President in Mortgage Sales at Goldman Sachs and finally as a Director at UBS. Prior to Goldman Sachs, he co-founded and operated a data services provider, serving small business customers throughout the Northeast corridor. Tim graduated with a BS in Accounting from Villanova University and resides in New York City with his wife and two children.
